Donna Ljunggren

Donna Ljunggren, 75, of Warren, MN, passed away on Thursday evening, November 9, 2017, in Valley Eldercare, Grand Forks, ND.

Donna Marie Conely was born on September 13, 1942, to James and Twyla (Qualley), in Warren, MN. She grew up on the family farm near Warren and graduated from Warren High School, class of 1960. She was married to Eugene Ljunggren on May 19, 1962, and the couple made their home in Warren.

Donna was a longtime member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and assisted with the Warren Education Fund for many years. She enjoyed bowling, sewing, and playing Bingo, Donna especially enjoyed playing cards and visiting with family and friends. She also had a special place in her heart for the family dog, Abby.

She is survived by her son, Brian (Barb) Ljunggren of East Grand Forks, MN; two granddaughters, Alexis and Amanda; sister, Darla Jones of Apache Junction, Arizona; and brother, Bob (Shelly) Conely of Warren.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Gene in 2015; son, Michael in 1988; sister, Mary Dahlman; brother-in-law, Bob Jones; and her parents.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 10:30 AM, in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Warren.
VISITATION: Monday, November 13, from 5:00-7:00 PM, in DuBore Funeral Home, Warren; and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
INTERMENT: Greenwood Cemetery, Warren, MN.
