James "Jim" A. Graham

Jim Graham, 75, Warren, MN, passed away on August 18, 2015, at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.

James Albert was born to Robert and Gwen (Sorum) in Grand Forks and moved with his family to Warren where he was raised and educated.

He graduated from Warren High in 1958, and from the University of North Dakota five years later. He taught high school history for a few years in Wisconsin and in Lake Bronson, MN, before returning to Warren. He worked for Marshall County Highway Department for many years at a job he loved.

Jim was a voracious reader and, as such, was a formidable one-man team at Trivial Pursuit.

He was a good man, a good son, a great big brother, and an even better uncle. He will be sorely missed.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Black; uncle, Darrell Sorum; and nephew, Kevin Black. He is survived by his brothers, Chuck (Lovie) Graham and Larry (Shawna) Graham; sister, Betty Graham; and brother-in-law, Terry Black. He is also survived by nephews, Chris, Kelly, and Cameron Black, and John Graham; and nieces, Melissa Black, Janna Graham, and Amanda Graham Wruck.

At Jim's request, no services will be held. A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery of Warren.
