Mary Ann Bodell

Mary Ann Bodell, 72, of Warren, MN, passed away unexpectedly early Sunday morning, May 17, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren.

Mary Ann Lendobeja was born on Oct. 18, 1942, the daughter of Theodore and Alice (Borby) Lendobeja. She was raised in Thief River Falls where she graduated from high school. Mary Ann also attended Business College in Minneapolis, MN. On Sept. 14, 1963, she married Ronald Bodell at Telemarken Church in rural Goodridge, MN. They made their home in Thief River Falls for a short period of time before moving to Warren. Mary Ann worked several jobs but most noticeably as Marshall County Group Home administrator and for over 30 years at the Good Samaritan Center. Ronald died on Nov. 11, 2007

She enjoyed reading, taking care of her flower gardens, crocheting and doing handiwork.

Mary Ann was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Legion Auxiliary.

Left to mourn her passing are two daughters, Rhonda (Rick) Kitley of Warren, MN and Shelly (Mark) Bodell Lunos of Salol, MN; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one on the way and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald; brother, Glenn and many brothers and sisters-in-law.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Zion Lutheran Church in Warren, MN.

VISITATION: 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday at DuBore Funeral Home in Warren, MN and one hour before services at the church on Friday.

INTERMENT: Greenwood Cemetery, Warren, MN
