Diane Loeslie

Diane Loeslie, of rural Warren, MN went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Good Friday, March 29, 2024 at the age of 66.

Diane Lynette Moe was born on January 23, 1958 in Thief River Falls, to Leonard and Edna (Hanson) Moe. Diane was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Grygla. She was one of Leonard’s “good hands” in the hayfields for years. She attended school in Grygla and Newfolden. She graduated from Grygla in 1976. Diane then attended Northland Community College and got her degree in accounting.

Diane was united in marriage to Lane Loeslie on March 8, 1979 at Little Church of the West in Las Vegas. After her marriage, she joined Immanuel Lutheran Church of Radium. Diane and Lane were later blessed with 4 beautiful children whom she cared for lovingly. She was also active at Immanuel with teaching Sunday School, Ladies Aid, and website communication for the church.

In 1994, Diane and Lane left farming and attended the University of MN Crookston where Diane got her Information Technology degree graduating Summa Cum Laude. She later worked at Altru Hospital, Dahlgren’s and Digi-key until 2011 when she became disabled due to Huntington’s disease. She especially enjoyed helping co-workers and family with their computer issues.

Diane is survived by her husband, Lane; children, Ryan (Valerie) Loeslie of Dimock, SD, Travis (Stephanie) Loeslie of Faribault, MN, Michelle (Josh) Skalsky of Thief River Falls, MN and Caleb Loeslie of East Grand Forks, MN; fourteen beloved grandchildren; siblings, Wayne (Rose) Hanson, Donna (Dave) Giordano, Denise Moe, Darlyne Roen, Carmen Moe, Jason Moe, Jared (Kristie) Moe, and many nieces and nephews.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Edna Moe and brother-in-law Tom Roen.

Diane was a kind, loving soul and is now reunited with her Christian family in heaven with Jesus. Blessed be her memory.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:30 AM on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Radium, MN.

VISITATION: After 5:30 PM with a 6:30 PM Prayer service on Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Radium and one hour before services at the church.

INTERMENT: Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Radium, MN
