Bob Howard

Bob Howard, 72, lifelong resident of Warren, MN, passed away on Thursday night, November 16, 2017, in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.

Robert James Howard was born on January 12, 1945, in Warren, to Arthur and Joyce (Golden) Howard. He was raised on the family farm and graduated from Warren High School in 1963. He attended Bemidji State University. When he returned home, he worked on the Howard Family Farm. Bob also owned the Winterwood Gallery for a number of years.

He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church from childhood and a fixture in the Warren community.

Bob is survived by his siblings, Paul Howard, Kathy Ellis, and Les (Patty) Howard, all of Grand Forks, ND; nephew, Jesse Whitnall; niece, Sarah Howard; aunt, Lila Golden; numerous cousins; and many friends in the Warren area.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Art and Joyce; and brother-in-law, Col. Bob Ellis, USAF (ret).

FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 2:00 PM, in Grace United Methodist Church, Warren, MN.

VISITATION: Monday, November 20, from 4:00-6:00 PM, in DuBore Funeral Home, Warren, MN; and one hour prior to the funeral service.

INTERMENT: Greenwood Cemetery, Warren, MN.
