DeLoris Landreville, 88, of Argyle, MN, passed away early Thursday morning, October 17, 2019 at North Star Manor in Warren, MN.
DeLoris Elizabeth Troland was born on December 17, 1930 in Thief River Falls, MN, the daughter of Sam and Olga (Strom) Troland. She was raised in Thief River Falls and graduated from Thief River Falls High School. On November 6, 1954, DeLoris married John Clifford LaBine. They made their home in rural Argyle where they farmed. John died on July 25, 1970. DeLoris married Louis Landreville on April 19, 1975 and they made their home in Argyle. She sold Avon in the Oslo, MN area from 1975 until she had her stroke in 2012. DeLoris moved to the nursing home in 2012.
She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and longtime active member of Argyle American Legion Auxiliary.
DeLoris loved selling Avon products. She enjoyed reading, traveling and flowers. DeLoris loved baking, especially apple and lemon meringue pies.
Left to mourn her passing are her husband, Louis; two sons, Allan (Judy) LaBine of Stillwater, MN and Dean (Dawn) LaBine of Argyle, MN; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Ashley (Justin) Moe and their children, Mahren and Everett of Argyle, MN, Blake (Britta) LaBine of Argyle, MN, Chris (Lori) LaBine and their son, Caleb of Otsego, MN and Chad (Kim) LaBine of Mayville, ND; sister, Lillian (Curtis) Anderson of Warren, MN; sister-in-law, Emma Palmer of Grand Forks, ND and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Art Knutson; sister, Marie Nelson; brother, Morris Troland and brother-in-law, Tom LaBine.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10:30 AM on Monday, October 21, 2019 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Argyle, MN.
VISITATION: One hour before services at the church.
INTERMENT: St. Rose Catholic Cemetery, Argyle, MN
