Anthony “Tony” Mock, 38, of Warren, MN, died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 15, 2019, in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.
Anthony Ralph Mock was born in Warren, in 1980, the day before Christmas. He spent his early childhood in Warren and was baptized and confirmed in Zion Lutheran Church. The family moved to Warroad in 1988 and he attended high school there, later receiving his GED.
Tony moved back to his hometown in 1999, and lived in Warren ever since. He worked with construction with his Dad, and traveled widely around the area. He was employed by Tri-State Paving, before settling into farmwork. He worked for Stinar Farms for a number of years, and was able to travel less and be around his children more. The Stinars were great friends to Tony, and supported him through his struggles and in his successes. He really enjoyed going to the lake, grilling, and spending time with his family. He even became a “Storm” fan when his oldest son started playing sports.
Tony is survived by his children, Mason Anthony Mock (17), Lucas Ralph Mock (11), and Aanika RowenaLea Mock-Boman (5); his parents, Judy Mock and Gary Donarski; siblings, Jessica “Jessany” Mock and Bethany “Bethica” (Jeffrey) Wright; and niece and nephews, Tatiana, Quincy, Tyce, and Kye Wright.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Ralph and Beverly Jean (Bodell) Mock and Nick and Bev Donarski; aunts, Becky (Mock) Kasprowicz, and Cathy Mock; uncle, Scott Donarski; and best friend, Jacob Kasprowicz.
VISITATION: Thursday, September 19, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, in DuBore Funeral Home, Warren, MN.
INTERMENT: Greenwood Cemetery, Warren, MN.
