Charles Cook Jr.

Charles “Chuck” Cook Jr., 62, of Stephen, MN, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Charles Cook Jr. was born on June 20, 1962 in Tacoma, WA.  He spent his early years in Washington state where he attended school.  Charles eventually ended up making his home in Stephen where he owned and operated Stephen Auto.  Due to health issues, he had to retire several years ago.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  He was especially fond of his  grandchildren who called him Grandpa Santa.  Chuck liked to hunt, drive around, and grill with his family.  

Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Maria Reyes; children, Charlotte Cook, Sonny Roche, Mico Roche, Daniel Reyes Jr. Sergio Reyes, Carlos Reyes, Pearl Reyes, Crystal Reyes, Rolando Reyes, Jennifer Reyes and Quanah Reyes and twenty grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Deven James Cook and brothers, Tom Cook and Jerry Cook.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stephen, MN.

VISITATION: One hour before services.

INTERMENT: Stephen Cemetery, Stephen, MN
