Delores Dibble Obituary

Delores Dibble, 87, of Aurora, CO, formerly of Grafton, ND and Grand Forks, ND, died Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO.

Delores Elaine Sando was born on February 12, 1933 on the family farm near Grafton. She met Everett Dibble of Park River, ND and they were married on March 28, 1953. They had two daughters. Delores eventually moved to Grand Forks where she attended Aakers Business College and was employed at Botsford & Rice and Cambridge Property Management. She remained in Grand Forks until 2012 when she moved to Colorado.

Delores loved to sew and cook and was also a lover of books, poetry and music. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family.

Delores is survived by her children, Tracy (Steve) Olson of Aurora, CO and Mary (Jay) Johnston of Warren, MN; grandchildren, Chelsy (Paul) Davey, Alexy (John) Safranski and Eric Olson; great-grandchildren, Naomi Davey, Elise Davey, Tate Safranski and Lennox Safranski; siblings, Alice (Cliff) Puppe and Avis (Loyd) Swaim and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Esther Sando and siblings, Audin, Ethel, Bert, Lillian, Lorraine and Dorothy.

A private Celebration of Life gathering will be held per Delores' wishes and will take place in the Spring/Summer of 2021 in North Dakota.
