Glenn Nelson

Glenn Nelson, 58, of Warren, MN passed away on Thursday, June 17th, 2021, in his sleep of natural causes while visiting Baltimore Maryland.

Glenn Raynald Nelson was born on November 12th, 1962, in Crookston, MN, the son of LaVerne and Darlene (Olson) Nelson. He was a lifelong resident of Warren where he graduated from Warren High School in 1981.

He operated heavy equipment in the road construction industry, drove over the road trucks traveling in most of the states within the United States and owned and operated his excavating business in the mid 2000’s. Glenn enjoyed spending time at the family lake home in Warroad MN and spending time with friends.

Glenn is survived by his siblings, Veronica (Tim) Erickson of Thief River Falls, MN, David Nelson of Moorhead, MN, Arlette (Jeff) Weber of Kingman AZ, and Terry (Gwen) Nelson of Pewaukee, WI; seven nieces and nephews, Adrianne (Matt) Bohl of Owatonna, MN, Ian Erickson of Fort Collins, CO, Drew (Brittany) Erickson of Thief River Falls, Joshua Nelson, of Moorhead, Ashley (Jake) Hirchert of Sabin, MN, Skylar Weber of Flagstaff, AZ, and Austin Weber of Prescott, AZ; and five great-nieces and nephews, Callen and Caden Bohl, Gage and Westen Hirchert and Gracelynn Erickson also special friend Dawn Knoll.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister-in-law, Nancy Nelson.

Memorials are preferred to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Warren.

GRAVESIDE AND COMMENDATION: Thursday, July 1st, 2021, at 7:00 PM, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
