Joe "Chum" Goulet

Joe “Chum” Goulet, 73, of Warren, MN, passed away on Saturday evening, January 23, 2021 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Joseph Marvin Goulet was born on May 31, 1947 in Walhalla, ND, the son of Arthur and Lena (Bartlette) Goulet. He was raised in the Walhalla area where he attended school. He lived in several places over the years and most recently worked at the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen. He married Cindy Neegard in 2016 and moved to Warren.

Joe loved sports, especially football and the Rams. He enjoyed fishing and going to the casino.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Cindy; children, Bobby Allen, Josh Goulet, Jennie Austin, Jolena Lowery, Lucas (Breanna) Goulet, Kari Goulet, Joe Goulet Jr. and Casey (Chenni) Goulet; siblings, Lloyd Goulet, Donna Gunsdley, Joseph Marlin “Doe-Doe” Goulet, Earl “Butch” Goulet, Dorothy “Dot” Schell, Gerald Goulet, Judy Cook, Ramona Hoffman and Rodney Goulet and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parent; son, Trinity Goulet and siblings, Mearle, Delores, Andy, Audry, Louise and Louis.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at St. Joseph Cemetery in Brooks, MN.
