Michael "Mike" Kazmierczak

Michael “Mike” Kazmierczak, 51, of Karlstad, MN, passed away on Monday evening, April 18, 2022 at Sanford Broadway Medical Center in Fargo, ND.

Michael Henry Kazmierczak was born on July 23, 1970 in Karlstad, MN, the son of Henry and JoAnn (Lubarski) Kazmierczak. He was raised in rural Stephen, MN and he graduated from Stephen High School in 1989. Michael worked road and pipeline construction for several years before moving back to the area. He made his home in rural Karlstad and he worked for Carlson Prairie Seed Farm of Halma, MN and Jensen Farms of Stephen.

He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and the Karlstad Eagles Club.

Mike enjoyed deer hunting, playing cards (especially pinochle), playing pool and going to auctions. He loved spending time with family and friends. He was a one of kind jokester who liked to call his friends and play pranks on them.  Mike was a wheeler and dealer and he was always looking for great deal.

Left to mourn his passing are his long time love, Tamara Lindgren of Karlstad, MN; children, Hunter Kazmierczak and Mitchel Lindgren of Karlstad, MN and Morgan Lindgren of Thief River Falls, MN; mother, JoAnn Kazmierczak of Stephen, MN; sisters, Patricia (Terry) Przybylski of Stephen, MN, Susan (Allen) Converse of Halma, MN and Francine (Nathan) Liedberg of Thief River Falls, MN, nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Jeremy, Bobbie Jo, Hailey, Nolan, Madison, Wyatt, Payton and Avery and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry and grandparents, Frank and Frances Lubarski and John and Leokadia Kazmierczak.

MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Assumption Catholic Church in Florian, MN.
VISITATION: One hour before services at the church.
INTERMENT: Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Florian, MN.
