Patricia Rolland

Patricia Rolland, 70 of Warren, MN, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at her home under the care of hospice with her family by her side.

Patricia Joy Swanson was born on May 16, 1955 in Warren, the daughter of Alvin and Grace (Remme) Swanson. She lived in several places growing up including Argyle, Crookston and Thief River Falls, MN. Patricia graduated from Northland Community College in 1975 and Bemidji State College in 1978. She was united in marriage to Chad Rolland on April 26, 1980. They made their home in Warren where they built their home on the old brickyard property. Patricia worked at the Warren/Alvarado/Oslo Public School as a special education teacher.

She enjoyed spending time at Lake of the Woods with her family. Patricia liked fishing and camping but most of all she loved spending time with her grandsons.

Left to mourn her passing are her husband of forty-five years, Chad; two sons, Casey Rolland of Warren, MN and Dalton Rolland of Scottsdale, AZ; grandsons, Barrett and Colter and two brothers, Wayne (Marj) Swanson of Tulare, CA and Lee (Linda) Swanson of Long Prairie, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Grace.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Warren, MN.

VISITATION: One hour before services.

INTERMENT: Woodlawn Cemetery, Argyle, MN
