ive had a possible DNA-Match with Dale on My Heritage. From reading about Dale i am touched about how much of a loving and dedicated Person he was. I might not have known him, but his live story touched me. May god bless his soul

I knew a Dale Olson (not your dad, after reading the obit), but wanted to tell you what lovely memories you shared, some the same as my family had growing up with our dad. The naps on the floor (because their clothes were dirty from field work, right?)and the long car rides to look at crops on Sundays after church really struck a cord with me. Thanks for sharing a bit of a wonderful sounding guy's life! My sympathies to you all. What a blessing he was!

Dale will forever be in my heart. He was an amazing man, and I am more then happy I got to see him every night. He has a special place in my heart. The memories I have with 'my Dale' will be cherished forever. My prayers are with you and your family. ❤️

I met your father on one of my visit's to see my mother. He shared his candy with me at Christmas time. We would always visit a little bit or just exchange smiles and hellos when I was there to visit my mom. He was always enjoyable to visit with and I enjoyed our conversations. He did tell me he went to visit the farm this summer and his eyes twinkled talking about it. He was a very lovely man and I was so sad to see that he passed away. My prayers are with your family.

Dale was one of my first friends when I moved to Alvarado from Indiana. He always had a hug for me, always encouraged me and always had time to listen. He became interested in my photography and would keep a watchful eye on things he thought I should photograph. Dale was one of the kindest, sweetest souls I've ever met. I will miss his smile and his hugs.

Sorry to hear about Dale's passing. I remember Dale giving myself, my sister and brother all rides on the "big tractors" at the farm. Very exciting to us young kids at the time. The farm was a hive of activity but we always got a warm welcome. All my thoughts are with your family.

Although I was not close to Dale. I do remember what a kind and interesting man he was. He would always visit with me on the occasions that we would meet. Be honored to be a part of his family.

What can one say about a "Gem" of a man. To me he was an Uncle as well as my image of a Dad. He was always interested in your life, helping others in any way he could and leaving you with a smile. The memories of time spent with him over the years will remain for my lifetime. He'd want us to celebrate. Take Care, dear Uncle.
