My deepest sympathy to Don's family.Don was a good friend of my husband Don Fillipi. They were born one day apart in same hospital. Went to school together in Warren,,got married on same day and off to air force. My Don and I spent many happy times with him and Barb. We visited them in Yuma, Az and in Rapid City. Don was responsible for taking my Don to Parents Without Partners in Rapid City where we met and later married. I always regarded him as a special friend. May God Bless each and every one of his family.

Donnie was a friend of my brother, Jerry Melgaard, and at the last minute
filled in for my brother, Russ Melgaard, in our wedding in Oct. 1954. Don was
a nice kid. Never did see him in later years. My sincere sympathy for your loss.
Both of my brothers are deceased so I write for them.
