Mark, Barbara, and Linda,
I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. My deepest sympathy to you. Prayed for you. GOD is your greatest comfort and giver of peace! Trust in the promises in HIS word! We know that eternal life is through GOD's Son Jesus Christ alone! When we are HIS children, HE does prepare a place for us in HIS Heavenly Kingdom. I know you have tons of wonderful memories of her--treasure these in your hearts! I have some special memories of Ivadelle when I worked under her in the school kitchen when I was in high school at Argyle! She was a sweet, kind and friendly lady and it was so enjoyable to work there because of the person she was (and who Mrs. Carlson and Mrs. Bordenkircher were)! I had fun at work and loved going to work, because of the people I worked for and worked with! They treated me wonderfully and for that I am grateful for that experience! Just think of all the lives she touched- and all the kids at school! Thanks for sharing your mom!
I care and send my love!
Pat (Donarski) Hanson

My deepest sympathy to the Clausen family. I first met Ivadelle when Bev and Dale were married. I always enjoyed visiting with her whenever I was at Bev and Dales home. She was a wonderful, kind, loving, grand lady and will be missed.

I will miss her smiling face at Auxiliary. Ivadelle was our Chaplain for as long as I can remember. She was always prepared and on time. She liked to get a ride to meetings, but would wait for an offer, instead of asking for a ride. She didn't want to bother anyone. The Veteran's Memorial was her special project. In her quiet way, she could convince the Legion men to complete any project for her. I think they all loved her too.

Linda, Barbara and Mark,
So sorry for your loss. It is never easy to say good bye to a parent. Unfortunately we will not be able to make it for the services. Our granddaughters both have events that weekend and we feel we need to support them. I have good memories of your mom and her hospitality. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Hugs hto all of you.

I will always remember Ivadelle's sweet smile. She ALWAYS made the best gravy. So many times I had her show me.....I only wish I could make it as good as she did!! I will miss her at Auxiliary and just seeing her around at many community and church functions. She was a special lady to so many.

I will always remember when I moved to Argyle and joined Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Ivadelle was one of the first ladies to welcome me to the congregation. She was always willing to help out with various church duties, and was such a sweet lady to visit with! Hugs to the family!

My sincerest condolences to the family of Ivadelle. I remember her as the BEST cook ever at AHS (along with her cooking partners!)...she was so kind and took such great care of all of us at Argyle School. What a sweet lady she was...may God bless her as she begins her new life in heaven...Hopefully, she will be the cook up there! Healing hugs to the family.
