This comes to you with a sense of deep sadness that I wish to offer my condolences to the entire family on the loss of your dear mother. You were our next door neighbors while growing up on the farm near Argyle - we rode the school bus together and Ron is my classmate. I shall always remember Joanne as a kind and gentle lady, one who warmed our heart every time we met with that insatiable smile and friendly gracious welcome into her home. She spoke nothing but words of kindness about everyone. The Argyle Community has lost a very special person in Joanne and we will all miss her dearly.

Every time we visited Mom, I thought of your family when we were driving past your place. I remember Mom sharing many memories of your family with us. Your Mom was so wonderful to keep in touch with Mom once your family moved. I loved looking at the photos to see the changes over the years. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.

Mom has shared many memories over the years of her siblings and nieces and nephews bringing smiles to our faces. Those thoughts are helping us get through this time.

I recall the many greetings with Joanne after Mass at St. Rose of Lima in Argyle. She had a happiness and joy to her face with a smile that came from within her heart and soul. Blessed be her memories.
