Peggy Larson my sister was in Rogers class in Sunday School and Argyle school. I was in brother Eddys class. These brothers were good friends and always kind to people. I am sad to hear of Rogers sudden death. I am glad he had such a good family to love him. Mary Kaye Larson Robertson

Sorry to hear of the passing of Roger. I remember the times of us attending Argyle School and those memories. I know that Roger was closer to my brother (Ray, Jr.) age. Roger was always a nice guy and very considerate and kind! We know you have many memories of him--treasure those memories in your hearts! May GOD comfort, console, strengthen you and give you peace! Roger & his brother Eddie were cousins of my mother, Lorene Bjorgaard who coincidently passed away 2 weeks ago. I’m closer in age to Roger & Eddie than my Mother was. I remember our trips from Fargo-Moorhead up to visit my Mother’s relatives in the summers of my youth. We usually were able to make a stop at Roger & Eddie’s house to visit them as well as their parents Leonard & Anne, and their grandparents, John S. Bjorgaard (emigrated from Norway at age 12-13) and his wife, Annie (Schey) Bjorgaard. Being a kid from the City, I enjoyed riding on their hay wagon behind the baler and sometimes standing on the back of that wooden bale skid that slid along the ground as a small pile of square bales was being assembled. Fortunately, with the help of Ted & Ethyl Safranski, I was able to reconnect with Roger a couple years ago for an impromptu visit at his farmstead. Thanks Roger for all the personality you extended to others. May you rest in peace.

JoAnn & Ed - I am so sorry for your loss. This certainly is a shock - I couldn't even believe it when Eric told me. I will see you both at the funeral. Sending you all the love and comfort I can from down here.
