I was so sorry to hear of Selmer’s passing. I had the pleasure of hunting moose with Selmer in Northern Alberta over forty years ago. He was a die-hard hunter in the field and a great companion around the campfire. Before heading out into the Bush on our hunt, we had a meal in town. I remember Selmer had a bright blaze orange hunting cap with a big fuzzy ball on top that caught the attention of some of the locals in the cafe where we ate. A few of them made attempts to trade Selmer out of that cap, but to no avail. I thoroughly enjoyed his good nature and wry sense of humor. My sympathies for your loss.

Sorry to hear of Selmer's passing. It seems so long ago that we worked together at Quality Motors but sometimes it seems like yesterday. Blessings to you and your children. I would attend the funeral but am on vacation - I will say a prayer for you and your children.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Consider Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subjected to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.
